I build systems, both people and technology, to advance the kingdom. I am a son of God, servant of the church, an artisan, a team builder, and a culture creator and protector. I am a preachers kid from Indiana, a mediocre guitar player, and a certified bible nerd who after bible college discovered a career in live sound. I toured with bands for over 10 years, but when I got married, God opened doors for me to work in a church in Nashville, TN.
In 2003, my wife and I moved to Indianapolis to be closer to home and friends, and I spent the next 18 years at Traders Point Christian Church. Over that time I developed from a production staff member to a leader and developer of teams, both staff and volunteers. That experience left me with a broad range of skills and a deep desire to leverage those to develop other leaders.
In 2020, Bev and I moved to East TN, where we both had been feeling our hearts drawn to for many years. I now work to help individuals and organizations excel in ways that are impactful and relevant to their generation and the next, creating durable and sustainable cultures that impact the world for good. When I'm not working, we spend much time exploring our new home state, hiking, kayaking and being with friends eating amazing food.
